can't view embedded video

i have had a problem now (as have others) who can't view embedded video on RCHA like the one below-

all i can see above is a black screen but i can hear the audio fine. i have re-installed vista for a diff issue but it is the same reguardless. this is only site i have this problem with.

i discovered something however, if i log out and come back to this page the video works. so if your reading this stuart then it looks like a problem with the forum. i know of atleast 3 other people who have the same issue as myself. fyi the video works the first time i view it above and then it's blank with audio every other, perhaps a cache issue on your server?

any ideas or anyone else have this issue? to check for the problem just let the video load and then refresh the page (pressing f5 will do it or click on refresh icon in your browser). if you have the problem the video will work the first time but not the next.

works ok for me! is it a matter of time for rcha to convert it?? this happened on sunday with aidi's vid was ok after about an hour

time isn't the issue, i can keep trying this for a few days now and i will be blank. if i log out and view the page as a guest i can see the video.

weird !!!its ok for me logged in and out??? keeps buffering but thats my connection speed i would think??

Works okay here too.
Running XP home and Opera as a browser. I can't view it if I use IE7 though (black but hear audio)

I'm really struggling here to find a problem at my end.

Both work perfectly fine. I can only think of possible settings within IE7 that are not set right. Will have a look further into it on the windows site.
