    Building help Rap 30 V2

    I'm nearly at the end and just installing the battery,reciever etc but have noticed on the diagram it mentions installing a gyro amplifier,i don't have one.
    The question is do i need one with a futaba 401.
    Cheers all.

    no you don't need one 401 will be fine.

      . I dont have the manual to hand but i think that is if you use one of the Thunder Tiger Gyro's but im not 100% sure.

        agreed, the amplifier refers to the separate box on some gyro's like the 611. The 401 is a nice simple one box jobbie!

          If you want one with an amplifier ill swap your 401 for a Gy154 futaba one in its orignal box.

          It has an amplifier....
