I will enlighten you to the fact after 8 cycles the pack has puffed a bit. I have been corresponding with Andy who tells me their is nothing to be concerned about.I am not aware of the problems you are having

Out of curiosity, any chance of a pic of the pack?

My Opti 2700 has done 12 cycles now and was flown twice today,no puffy wuffy and it's giving some pretty decent power now and a bit more consistent just as I was advised it would.
Only 4 cycles on my 5000 but you can feel its not lacking, not that I have pushed it,,,honest
Chap at our field has just got a 450 pro fbl and has tonight ordered a couple of 3s 2150 Optis so that's four I can directly keep an eye on now.
Ok I admit my 500 pro goes like a Bastard on it and thats the basis for the 450 owner buying his ones![]()

Picture of the pack but not much to see. As it comes off the model it is warm and you can feel the outer is soft. It is at the stage where when it has gone cold it goes down.

Here is the last charging graph until the balancer kicked in a brought the voltages together.

And finally I got an EagleTree and did a load test on the model

You can see that I spooled up at the 2 minute mark. Between 3.6 and 4 minutes I made an adjustment to the gyro gain and then I spooled up and applied full negative pitch of 11 degrees. As you can see the current peaked at 70Amps and the pack voltage sagged to 20.66 which is equivalent to 3.44volts per cell. So the total time on the pack was 3minutes 24 seconds.
Julian, ok you win! You packs are amazing!!! Can't believe the difference! How are the so much better!! A lipo is a lipo isn't it?? And the come down barley warm!! Can't believe the power!! Ill defiantly be making flightpower my choice of pack
