    Default PL8 Errors

The first time I used my PL8 I did some storage charges on my Lipos, when I did this I only used one side of the MPA board.

This morning I've tried to charge 4 6s 5000mah pack, I set it to accurate charge, the 4p on the right hand side of the table. I then started the charge, then after a few minutes I get a Cell No Add Up, so I checked all the adaptors etc then restart the charge. I went through this process 3 times and kept getting the same result.

So knowing that the store charge works fine just using the left had side of the board I unplugged the lipos on the right had side, rest the preset properties to 2p in the accurate charge , then restated the charge, all was fine. Then stopped the charge and swap the lipos over the right hand side of the board and restated the charge, after a few minutes I get an error message again, albeit a different one, this time Bananas Removed, I never touched them. I then went through this process several times and kept getting the same result.

The fuses look ok, none of the red indicators change colour.

Do I have a problem with my one side on my board ?

Make sure your firmware is at least version 3.30. If you already have 3.30, I'd contact support, something is not right with the board.

One more, thing, make sure wiring on PL8 is set to XH (by default it's FMA) if you use MPA. You may get cell no add errors if it's set to FMA.
