Default Phoenix on windows 7 64 bit

Anyone try running Phoenix in windows 7 64bit edition?
    I have tried but failed.
Seems that the program will load Ok up to the point where you need to select which transmitter you are using and then just quits.
I have tried all versions from the early 1.05J right up to the latest 2.5b to no avail although before the 2.5 versions I was getting a LUA error at the same point and then the program would quit. Whereas with the 2.5 versions (both a and b) the program just quits with no error message.
I have ensured that I have the latest directx installed as well as the latest ATI drivers for my card.
The card is a Radeon 4850 with 1G GDDR3 RAM.
I realise that this operating system is yet to be released and is still a beta itself but was hoping someone might have an answer.

BTW. I have been in contact with Phoenix-rc themselves and sent them the error log generated by the program and their answer was to ensure I had the latest drivers and directx installed. (Which I already have).
    Thanks.
    Adrian.

Works fine for me after a complete uninstall / reinstall of Phoenix.

Works perfect for me too, I'm running the 7077 64 build, not the rc as I'm too lazy to reinstall the os yet
