Thread: Cano Paint, loving the green :)

It seems green is the latest colour, so i got another velo blank cano from fast lads and gave it a Canomod looky paint job this afternoon, but with less of the shading so aint so dark... looks great well bright so, hopefully look niice in the sky and i can see it lol.. hot off the press so its still wet!!... lol...

hey, thanx..... about 4 hours i recon, lacquered twice so niice and smoooth....

Very impressive, I literally have no idea how you guys do it. So professional! I would love to try one and I've got an airbrush but going by my previous rc car body shells it would look like like a 2 year old has been let loose on it.

That looks really really good! I started painting a canopy a whle back with the intention of just getting a decent
solid colour and a black area for the windscreen and I have found even that more difficult than I expected. I wanted
a nice deep orange but it came out more of a pumpkin colour. I just need to get the proper tape to mask off the
windscreen area, get it reasonably black and then call it a day :-)

yh deffo helps if u got all the equipment, paints, airbrush, tapes etc..... im a painter so i have a paint mixing scheme stuff at work so, still practice makes perfect, cheers Trillian...
