So my frame is racing forward with little trouble, just a bit of fileing on the on the head button and head linkage bar thingy-ma-bob to take the play out the bell cranks, quality seems even on the kit everything fits fine with no fetling on parts.

    Anyway, onto the fun part.
    Power and lots of it,
I was thinking of a 4035-500 and 15 tooth pinion running 12s and a YGE 90hv to supply it. flybarless is my big problem, having only had a 3gx I'm stuck between a Vbar and CGY750 for the heli, I use futaba gyros on all my other helis and have never had any issues but can get lots of help on Vbaaaaa at the club.

Anyway, will that motor/pinion be ok on my heli.

    Many thanks
    Joe

Tbh the only fbl system I've not used is the futaba but the v-bar works awsome on the fusion and I have gone back to it after running the v-bar then skookum720 then 3Gx ok I have not run a beast but there you go the v-bar rocks on the fusion you won't be disappointed

Joe I might be wrong but with your setup your looking at a headspeed of around 2500 to 2700 at the start of the pack and the standard 129 tooth main. Given that most blades are only recommended for 2200 you might want to consider the 12 or 13 tooth pinion

I've changed to the 530 and 13 tooth option which according to mr mel should give me something like 2100 ish the 560 is a real screamer that would hit 2400 plus with the 13 tooth hence my lower kv

From what I've found out anything up to a 4000ish maybe even some of the smaller 5000' could be squished in, most hover around the 3500 mark for power to weight ratio

    Yes you do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Joe's Fusion was AWSOME so smooth and powerfull it just spooled up and locked in to a superb hover.
    A top looking heli .
It should be good to see the performance next to my logo , to me they felt the same weight and wow the headspeed sounded so sweet.

    I should have brought a Fusion .

Having seen both the Fusion and Logo fly next to each other the Fusion is a bit noisier but that gets better the more it flys, theres a new helical gear coming with the new black compound too so that will help. Apart from that for a 600 size heli I don't think theres much in it. Both powerful (depends on setup), both got good presence in the air. I like the build in the Fusion it's extremely stiff and rigid up through the drivetrain and I like where the packs fit. The Logos reliability speaks for itself and I've seen the Fusion spit bits of gear out both tail and main.
