Thread: Post YOUR fusion 50 spec and pictures please!

Hi peeps
Its seams there are a few people building the fusion 50 at the moment me included!
So i thought i'd start a thread, where people can post a spec lists and pictures of there heli's

My build so far

Fusion 50
NHP Razor Pro 600 Blades
all black gears
Quantum 530kv motor
Castle Ice2 80HV ESC
Castle BEC Pro
Custom made carbon fiber battery tray
Gens-Ace 3300mah 6s set-up
DS610 x3 servos
DS650 Tail servo
Spartan Gold Edition Gyro
DX6i tx AR9000 rx dsm2 sat
thats it so far...

After considering all the options and weighing it against what I already have etc. Mine is going to start out with;

Scorpion 4025/1100 motor on 6s
Castle Ice 100
probably 13 tooth pinion (need to order one for 5mm shaft)
550mm blades
For the moment I'm keeping the stock boom and TT and will see if I have any C of G issues
AR7000rx
AceRC 1015 servos on the swash, prob Futaba 9254 on the tail
stock flybarred head for now
Arizona reg and Lipo for RX power.

Here it is so far, just the bare frame right now, ready for electrics.

Slightly off topic, what's the average costs of these builds. I'm guessing £1000-£1400? range excluding packs?

Will 4300's fit Ben?

Should do no prob as I have tried 4000's and they fit no prob.

I was thinking about getting the KDE (I think it is) battery tray to help with rigidity also.

I used 10s 4300 optis Eddie,they fit no probs but stuck out the side quite abit.I think it was them that made my lipo tray a bit wobbly tbh

Don't do that she reads over my shoulder now and again, what goes on a heli stays on a heli. Know what I mean

No mate,the other option,and by far the cheapest is to add some big fo cable ties,works a treat
