We have recently had our Club 'ride on' mower stolen !!!
It was discovered missing Friday 22nd June at 10.30am

the Basingstoke club's mower was stolen also earlier this year £7k mower - fortunately insurance has paid out and we now contract out the mowing.

It's a real shame that some people have to steal and although it was a reasonably old mower, to the Club it was a valuable asset. We used to contract out our grass cutting, but it just become too expensive and having had this mower kindly donated to us really helped us out financially. It also stops you wanting to chance a reoccurrence by simply replacing it.
Maybe a long length of rope and a goat ? ...but would he end up kidnapped (excuse the pun).
