thats about right !! had a turbo sent over from the usa towards the end of last year and the box looked like it had been kicked around for a good few hours and the turbo was hanging out of it
then they turned round and said the damage wasnt the fault ! got sent back and had repalcemnt sent out via some other company and they werent much better

I worked for DHL for 9 years & believe me they are a shower of shite, you think this is bad, you should of seen how the trailer was loaded that delivered the parcels to the depot, it dosen't get any better at most of the other big parcel firms either ! Complete "NFI" ( NO EFFING INTEREST ) at most of these firms. If you have something breakable you want delivered undamaged, hire a van & deliver it yourself !!!
By the way, DHL Parcel Express was sold last year to HDNL & rebranded as "YODEL" (your home delivery), same shower in green vans now !Last edited by stuskimac; 06-02-2012 at 05:32 AM.

I was operations manager at DHL and was shocked by the way parcels were handled, threw my toys out of the pram and made big changes to my depot.
I'm sure it all went back to the old ways once i'd left.

Trust me they are all the same I have seen worse than that video with my own eyes.
My experience with dhl is very positive indeed.Chris
