Well it came down safely, that's all that matters on the maiden

Looking forward to getting mine in the air, but I think it's going to be a few months of saving for the bits before I can start building.

Just as a quick update, managed another couple of flights at the weekend. Will still take a while to get my confidence back with a 90 sized machine, but my Flasher 700e is flying like its on rails. Tried to be more agressive on the pitch and cyclics, but everything still came down cool with the HW120HV.

Has plenty of power for what I need, will try and get a better video when I finally get to fly on a sunny day. The canopy did show up really well in the gloomy conditions on Sunday. Makes a wonderful noise !!!

Sounds great, looking forward to getting mine in the air. Still waiting for CC to return my ESC, tempted to buy one off Stunks and then sell mine when it comes back.

I did consider buying on of those, as the CC esc has much more features and a good governor, but as mine seems to be working fine just runing flat curves, I'm really not in the mood for stripping it all back out (it took me long enough to get it flying in the first place !!)

I've run my HW on the recommended settings of people who are using them with great success (although they tend to run them with a phase sensor and a v-bar to govern), so I'm going to leave it and see how I get on. It's mounted at the back and I run a seperate rx battery, so hopefully if the worse happens, I should have half a chance.

would be a real shame for it to miss christmas launch!!! if the price is good, i might get one even if it's just a shelf queen.

I very much doubt these will be available this year. Can't say more than that but they won't be available in the near future.
