    Disabling a bec

    Ok folks I need some advice as I haven't got a clue.
    If when using an ESC with a BEC built in but want to use a separate RX pack do you...
    1.have to disable the bec within the programming?
    2.Cut something off
    3. just leave well alone and don't use it.
    4. something I haven't thought of?
    Any help greatly appreciated

    middle pin... that goes to the RX just disconnect it from the rx and insulate it.... job done

      I would remove the red (middle) wire from the plug that connects between the Rx and the ESC. It's your choice how you do that but the method I use is to just push the connector out of the plug (just raise the little catch so that the connector slides out) and then I fold the loose connector back and secure it on the lead with insulation tape.

      At least then it's a simple job to enable the BEC should I need to
