I had enough every time the tail blades touch the ground the torque broke, I'm a newbie a this is my first, and last torque tube.

I had same problem when i first got my 450 pro. I put some trex 500 landing gear and a tail fin on it, this gave me some more ground clearance and no more TT or gear damage. Ill admit it looks a little strange but it works very well.

This works a treat for giving extra tail clearance

Looks a bit gangly to begin with but my 450 wouldn't be the same without 500 skids now and they're so much stronger than 450 skids

Leave the tail as it is and put some 500 pro skids on much cheaper option

I wouldn't be surprised if you hate belts even more than TTs soon. I would stick with the TT if I was you, far better in my opinion. Touching your tail blades should be easy enough to avoid with a bit more practice and time flying.
