    Sanity check mini vbar + sbus + scorp guard

    Would you mind sanity checking my proposed setup - and I apologize that this probably has been asked a gazilion times

    For my TDR I have a mini vbar, sbus receiver (7008), jive 120 and scorpion backup guard. My understanding is that the following setup should be okay, but would like a sanity check:

    Mini vbar ports:

    RX A = Jive Slave
    RX B = Jive Master
    RX C = Connects to Sbus on RX

    7008 ports:
    SBUS = Connects to RX C
    SBUS 2 = <empty>
    CH1 .. CH8 = Scorpion Backup Guard Power

    Hi Daz,

    It's not recommend to plug in any power source into RX A on the Vbar from what I've read. I don't think it is part of the power rail. Some people have accidentally put power through RX A and have not fried their Vbar units. But personally I would use another free input or make up a y lead. Even for the slave ESC output as you have it currently.

      Take the Jive slave connection to the receiver, that will route power back to the VBar via the SBus cable.
