    Cocoon heli carry bags

    I ordered one and sent a custom logo over to Dave (Rcknighty) after seeing his reply here http://www.rcheliaddict.co.uk/wanted...ed-thanks.html

    Gave him the measurements as per his pic so it would be exactly right for Spunky

    Arrived this morning.

    Fit is perfect as it would be lol. Pocket on the side is cavernous, thats 6 x 7s 5000 packs in there just along the bottom so room for plenty of stuff. They not staying there as its miles to heavy lol. On the other side is a pocket to but this one is a slip type one if that makes sense. Quality of the bag is very good. A lot more sturdy than my Wingbag and cheaper to. Spunky will be better protected in this one so the normal TDR will go in the Wingbag and Spunky is in this one.

    Well pleased with the result and well worth the money

          Isn't that the same as the Goblin bag? Just re-designed?

            Of course it it lol just like every heli bag. Afterall just how much different are they, they just heli bags.

            Serious tho, no idea as not seen a Goblin one. Do they have pockets on and are the same waterproof material???

              I thought it looked familiar! I just meant more the shape is all. Is yours padded on the bottom?

                    Hi guys, glad the bag worked out ok.

                    i designed the bag and can honestly say i did not copy the goblin bag, after all the heli shape dictates the shape. The bags are available in 2 versions standard and pro. The standard has a padded bottom and the pro is fully padded. Both versions are also available with or with out pockets. We also do tool bags and are working on lipo and transmitter bags. All are ultra strong and waterrepellant

                      Here is my 500 bag. I got a cheap as bag online then added some "custom foam" (chunks of foam carved out with a box knife) to the bits that are likely to get bumped and broken. Its fairly safe once in. The tail and blades are well protected so can throw in the boot of a cab and shes all good. Plenty of room for "tools and spares" (crap) in the bottom too. :-)

                          Hey Ben. I got a Trex 700 Bag for my Goblin in which it fits perfectly. My TDR will NOT fit in a Trex 700 bag due to the tail fin. Is your Spunky bag the same size as a normal TDR?
                          Been there and done that, but never stop learning.
                          Now too many Helis to mention?
