Hello there im sport im 16 and have just registered.

I am looking at buying a mini copter, but have no expericance with them and would like some help on deciding wich is the best to buy, so wich is the best to buy ? with my 130'ish price range.

Although i am new to it i would like to buy one that is up-gradable and be able to get parts for.

I am in the brighton area and if i were to buy one i would most certainly buy from SMC (sussex model centre) wich is in worthing.

I have been looking at the hummigbird, dragonfly 35 brushless, and some others. There are just too many :D to choose from.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Regards Sport.

ask around at your local club / indoor fly in, and local model shop, see which is the most popular in your area. that way you should be able to get the most assistance /help.

Ok, than you very much for your quik reply and advice

I was looking at a Dragonfly 36B 6CH 3D MICRO AEROBATIC HELICOPTER with Brushless Motor, it deos look really good but it was on ebay and im not a confident buying from ebay, and like i said im going to buy from worthing model shop so if i have problems i can easily go and buy spare parts or help and buying the most poopular sounds like a good idea.

Would you be able to suggest one so i can check it out and also will i be able to buy a good one for 150 , i can probally, stretch to 180 or so.

      thankyou Sport.

If you are near SMC, rather go in there as opposed to buying 2nd hand off ebay. Go in and speak to them and ask their advice. The model they suggest might cost a bit more, but as they're in the business, they would know what is suitable and, of course, there is the question of spares.

They will also be able to tell you where the local indoor meets are.

Would you be able to tell me if these are good and will be able to do everything i want it to, like go up-side down and all that 3D stuff.

Also whats the difference between a six channel and a 4 channel, obviously i know that one has 4 channels and one has 6 but what do they function ?

          Sport.

(sorry all the questions, but if u dont ask u dont learn)

          Thanks.!
