DSX11 throttle questions

Why is it, when I do the throttle and pitch in the DSX11 settings, each % point has 3 points in it. Does that make sense? I mean if I set 50% I can move the dial 3 times and its still on 50%.

What I want to know is why is this?

haven't got a Scooby

perhaps you are getting 50% , 50.25%, 50.5%, 50.75%, 51%
