Ok true to my usual luck nothing that is supposed to work out of the box ever does.
I bit the bullet and bought a simstick last week, bound the free simstick receiver to my DX6i dsmx no problem, flipped the receiver round with the batt pins hanging over the right side of the plug as stated, enter phoenix calibration, this is where it starts to go wrong!
So when I enter into the calibration, with the bars for each channel a few of the bars are going bezerk as in channels that arent even being used are randomly going from zero to full on and off, carry on with calibration and assign each channel to the corresponding input from the tx, still with unused channels flashing from zero to full, in the actual sim with the controller display on the gimbals aren't centralized and onemaybe down to the bottom right and the other top left. I ve gone through the calibration so many times without any success, I dont think its me, filled out the desire rc contact us form to get some help but when I submit it doesn't go through.
Getting really ****ed off with it, anyone got any suggestions on what could be wrong? Faulty receiver, faulty simstick, faulty user
or maybe that its because its a dsmx dx6i not dsm2 even though its set to dsm2 modulation????
