I've just read an article on the Blade 450X in Quiet and Electric Flight.
The writer, a Kevin Crozier started initially setting up the 450X with a JR DSX9 but found that the tail wagged.
Instead of adjusting the BeastX he thought it may be a "frame rate issue" with the JR.
He then setup the 450X with a Spectrum DX6i which solved the tail wag problem assuming that the DX6i has a higher 11 ms frame rate.
My query is, are all the Blade Helis. from the Nano up subject to this 11 ms frame rate?
I'm waiting for the 130X Mk2 to appear, however I only have either a Spectrum Dsm2-7 or a JR DSX9 available to use. So am I going to get the correct performance from a 130X with DSM2 technology or do you now need the newer DSMX TX's to get the best trouble free performance or should the BeastX have been tweaked on the 450X to get it setup correctly?
There is of course "no tweaking" on the lesser Blades RX's, so is this 11 ms Frame Rate the reason why some are flying better than others?
He eventually ended up with a DX8 Spec. which suited the switches for him.
