  • Best day so far....

Well i think most of us must have been out today a miracle happened and we got a bloomen decent weekend for once.

My TT experience had a minor hicup in so much as the gov needs some work on the E720 so I too it offline and just flew... both the G4 and the E720 are to me the perfect harmony in flying.

I can take either up and they both fly exactly the same I don't have to even think about it they're just like wearing a pair of gloves....

All I need to do now is to start making some vids of this fun, Ben tried to day but I feel we may need a camera that can be manually focused. Get more batts for the E720 and I'm set for life I think.....lol
    Cheers

My E720 is great, today was the first time I had chance to get used to it without fighting the weather.

Got my head speed at about 1700-1800 and it just floats around the sky 6 minutes of flying with 50% left in the packs. It really is a nice machine.

Mine has the TT servo horns fitted and is going well...broke the starter shaft again today though (done the one in the 700 not long ago as well) but thats down to the starter running of a 5 cell a 4 cell would be better...

TT seem to be back in the game trouble is they took so long in updating there helis that a lot of tt fans switch to other makes so its going to take time to get them back
ive got an X50 FBL one of the best helis to fly flys so true just the parts are slow to get hold off
some guys have been waiting months for parts such things as torque tubes and head links etc real shame but parts are now comming through
not sure what parts are like for the G$ and E720???

the big shock is how light they are they look quite a heavy heli untill you pick one up
have only held a nitro one so not sure on the weight of the elec one??
love the way all the links set up just slot in the hex tools through the hols of the bell cranks and ajust the cam on the servo wheels how good and easy is that wow is what i thought

cant wait to see the vids

If there's ever a massive sale on G4 kits and OS105 engines, and I can sell my Vision50 and OS55 + OS pipe for £300, then I would be tempted lol

I got to fly one yesterday. It's one I built for someone with a OS 105HZR engine in it. What a beautiful machine it is. The engine is sweet with lots of power even running on 20% opti. It wasn't tuned at all, only running the stock needles while running the engine in, and wow was it nice. Now I really regret my decision to not pay the extra for a 105 when I bought my OS91HZR 3D Speed not so long ago. Planehazza if there ever is a massive sale on these there'll be two of us in the queue to buy one.
