I have just completed my new 450 Pro DFC with 3GX. I have noticed that when I command a slow turn (yaw) the tail vibrates (wags) as it turns - almost as if the tail is turning in digital steps rather than a smooth continuous arc. By slow, I mean about 360 degrees in 5-10 seconds. If I turn more quickly quickly, the problem does not occur.
This happens in both HH and normal modes. If I reduce the gain in either mode, the slow-turning problem goes away, but then the tail does not lock as much as I would like or expect. If I increase the gain, I get wag/vibration all the time (as expected).
Any advice is appreciated.
