I ordered a gear this week but it seems to have a deeper recess than the one I have. Do they still make the older gear or do I have to upgrade the owb hub too ?? Thanks the gear I received is a has a metal insert whereas the one I need is all plastic

HK still make them for the HK 600, but they are a tight fit with the Trex. There are still some originals around if you shop around. I have several 550s and 600s that I have some for and also partial updates and an upgrade to the latest 550/600/700. Stock up NOW.Been there and done that, but never stop learning.
Now too many Helis to mention?

Struggled to find them a while back, So just bit the bullet and got the new auto hub etc.
If you speak to Raj at Align trex, He will make sure you only get the bits you need.SWRCH ,
Oh.. And a Helix 700 Gasser, Hv with SK540.....with SAB HPS head.
