Hi All took a 12s 600e dfc in swap for one of my 700,s and thought i may give it a blat before i move it on . On the instructions it shows the FBL balls on the inner holes most of the pics have the balls on the outer holes with the dfc head so obvios questions whats every one using Thanks Jason

I'm using the inner holes this is on my 700n though. -

Is this a 600efl ?? If so, watch it on your set up if running on the inner holes as the links can foul the frames and pop off. I run on the outer holes, which doesn't give the best geometry for my Beast X, but it flies perfect so I'm not bothered. A couple of us messed around using the inner holes, but I couldn't tell the difference, and the links are no where near the frame on my set up. Hope that helps ??Cheers,

As long as the elevator servo is set the same, I'd set it up and fly it as it is. I love my 600 efl, absolutely stonking machine to fly.Cheers,

I run my governed at 2250 with 105mm tail blades. There are a couple at the field who just run fixed end points, but I've never asked what percentage they run at.Cheers,

I am running 2300 governed. I think I want a bit more headspeed so would go to fixed end points of 93%. Would do it but lost my castle link

Set up in the CC software, nothing special. Just put in all the gear ratios, and then set the desired head speed in the governor function. I seem to have heli's everywhere at the moment, and I've just changes TX's, so I can't plug it in to show you the settings at the moment as she is sitting on the shelf.Any chance of your ESC settings for the governed mode?Cheers,

I have used fixed end points and prefer it to be honest. But either is fine. Watch for tail blowouts though if running low HS as the gear ratio is lower on this model.Very proud to be an Align-Trex.co.uk Team Pilot!

Found this showing fixed settings. To get more than 2250 I have read that you have to use fixed end points as the gov does not like no overhead
