    Strange comment

    I have been in this hobby around 6 months ish and only really just moving to forward flight, I spend lots of time hovering my thunder tiger 450 in the garden. My neighbours friend was watching me yesterday and said he flys one and asked if he could have a go, obviously I said no sorry, he got quite upset and said "I've got an £84,000 car out there (lovely brand new M5) if I can drive that I'm sure I can fly that little thing"

    He then said his helicopter is harder than mine because it has 2 lots of blades on the top :-)

        I'd of said I'll let you have a go on my heli if i can have a go in your car!

          Lol classic.
          Make him sign a paper saying that if he crashes your heli in 10 seconds ( because he will ) ,he then has to replace it with one of your favourite ( dream ) helis.

          Better start looking now!

                        People don't realise how tricky they are to fly at first... And why would they to be fair? It's just a "toy" that you move around in the air... If you can manage it why couldn't they?

                        Plus these little toy grade co-axials are so easy to fly they give anyone who has flown them the impression that heli's are pretty easy. They may have crashed it a few times but picked it up within a few flights et voila, they can fly a heli. Why should another heli be any harder to fly?

                        You know better because you are interested in this hobby and have probably done a fair bit of reading up on forums like this, and more importantly tried "proper" heli's yourself. Don't assume anyone else knows the slightest thing about it! This is quite an important point if you are ever flying in public as the average person will have no understanding of the concentration you need to maintain, nor the dangers posed by these "toys", and as the educated one it's your responsibility to anticipate their ignorance.

                        However, the willy waving about having an expensive car marks him out as a twat... So in that respect, spot on.

                          I always say no you cant have a go... but here the the sim hover for a few minutes in the same place and you can have a go.

                          Not one noob has flown any of my heli's yet.
