    4525 Ultimate Edition

    I gifted a little update to my 7HV:

    I had good sensation at first touch. This product is high quality, no doubt. It has perfect winding, it reminds me a GMauro's...


    Surely this motor is very powerful; i was curious to see how much...
    I did some flights trying new v-bar setups (i didn't like them..), not my hardest flights, but the result is:

      Power Jive 120, no KSA, mode 4, tweaked governor settings.

        What amp is the motor peaking at? cant see it properly

          281A.

          In a previous flight, using a 4035, it touches 285,6A with no issue...

              I run my Next-D Ultimate 4525-520 on a Helijive no problems. The 4525-520 ltd I had to run KSA mode.

                What amps you pulling, do you know?

                It says the max peak is only 230a for the 4525 Ultimate

                Also, how do you get power (w) to show on the graph?

                  230A for two second is what is declared by Scorpion.

                  My peaks lasts only some milliseconds..

                  Run the *.lov file that i've attached; in logview you can choose any parameter you are curious about..

                  Well, a powerjive can handle peaks over 290A.. as i said, i reached 285,6A using a Scorpion 4035-530...

                    Yes, it's right, and safe..
                    Not all the motors are equal, even if of the same model, so it can be necessary to activate the KSA to obtain best performances or, in case using a helijive, to not fry the ESC...

                          This heli is fantastic! I'm getting in confidence with it; like with the little Atom, i'm confortable with it, so i risk to push it a little.
                          I'm still learning, i know to need more practice for simmetry and need to acquire the pirouetting...

                          Hve you flown the Alees? I'm curious about it...

                              I Wonder how this would compare to my quantum... I have the 500kv and honestly I just bought it because it said Bert had it on the description :) I Figured it didnt really much matter which motor I had as long as it went in the right direction!

                              However it does state a continuous current draw of 125A on mine, I Wonder what it peaks at...
