  • Transmitter not connected

    Hi guys,
I am trying the sim again for the first time in two years and have downloaded and installed the v4.0 version of Phoenix.

I am trying to get the SimStick working but it won't detect the TX.

It knows the USB is plugged in, the TX and RX are bound (orange light on RX and green on TX.

It just says "Transmitter not connected".

I have selected the DX7 from "Your controls" but no joy.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers,
    Jack

Is the 3.5mm jack plugged in to the Simstick bit?

Where did you download it from anyway.

Hmmmm have I heard somewhere that the dx7 will not working with Phoenix?

      Maybe wrong though.

          The 3.5mm is plugged in.
If the DX7 is off then it wouldn't bind to the SimStick.

It works without the SimStick plugged in directly to the USB box that came with Phoenix and it used to work with the SimStick too but it has been 2 years since I tried it.

Ben, I got it off the Phoenix website...or do you mean something else?

I missed the point sorry. You have sim stick

What happens if you plug it direct to usb on your computer and dx7?
