hi so i built my tree 600 efl couple weeks ago, and then flew it once with out any adjustment to to castle controller, so everything was default, and then i setup the esc with the castle link and then, go to fly it again, but as i go into a elevator flip, the tail starts to click and in the tic docs in any 3d manoeuvre, i reduced the gain and there is less wag but, the tail doesn't hold in the pirouette,

When you say the tail was wagging, did the wag only get slower when you lowered the gyro gain? Out the box the tail lock gain is too high at 70%, it needs to be lowered to about 50%.
Another question is what firmware are you running on the 3GX and what length is your tail servo arm?
