Did you not replace the featuring shaft?

Any crash that needs a new main shaft I would replace the feathering shaft as a matter of course.

Also check the bearings in the blades grips and tail grips along with the main bearing blocks too.

Not many places to check but things to check before buying anything. HTH

Take off main blades, unclip rudder push rod and spool the model up on the bench. Confirm if vibration still exists. Start by removing tail blades and then tail hub and a bit at a time until the vibration goes.

Any crash that needs a new main shaft I would replace the feathering shaft as a matter of course.
And the main shaft bearings and the blade grip bearings.

You haven't pre-loaded the torque tube have you, IE forced it together without any play in it.

Looking at your sig it looks to be flybarred? Is the flybar central with the paddles in correct alignment and balanced?

If you force the tail box and front box together too much you can load the torque tube so that you are putting a small bend in it. It should have 1 to 2mm play in order to avoid this. In effect you have a lop sided loaded swinging in the tail boom like a skipping rope

Lee is it a forward or side to side movement ? As i recall you hit the tail i think ?
