3D Championships - Cabin Accommodation - 28th to 30th Sept 2012
Can't believe I'm posting again so soon for this year's competition.
Where has the time gone?
Same arrangements for booking cabins this year as last. It all seemed to work well.
There are 40 cabins. (8x twin bunk, 32 x four bunk.)
The price will be £30 per cabin per night either way. You will need to book both Fri 28th & Sat 29th nights. This is a subsidised rate compared with normal
Booking will be direct with the site - details below - and payment will be required at the point of booking.
I'll keep a track of things and will liaise with the site owner and will endeavour to broker an exchange if a cabin needs to be sold on because you can't attend. No promises but I'll do my best. Just contact me via PM on here. I can arrange to put you in touch so that you can pay each other the cabin fees.
Remember, you will need to take your own bedding.
So:-
1) Book your own cabins. First come - first served.
2) £60 per cabin for the weekend regardless of twin or 4 berth
3) Book direct with Croft Farm. Please mention 3D Championships
4) Contact me if you can't make it and want to sell-on your cabin. I'll do my best to sort you out.
