Newbie trex 250 connecting spektrum reciever

Ive just got a trex 250 off eBay nice looking piece of kit (thanks Paul)I've got a dx6i and reciever and have binded heli and followed instructions and plugged leads in following order
Esc-thro
Aileron-ail
Elevator-elev
Gyro-rudd
Gyro yellow-gear
Pitch-aux1
Then when I test it I move throttle and the pitch and aileron servos move
Can some advise me what I've done wrong thanks.

The servos are meant to move when you move the throttle stick - what exactly is the problem?

The esc probably hasn't armed, or your throttle hold is on, or your throttle curves aren't set. Have a look at the website I linked.
