    Fusion 50 I LIKEY :)

    Got some more good flights on it now and the power difference between the Gens-ace & Turngys is quite a bit !! Gens for me now but still have to try some opti's.
    Just got a little tweaking to do on the tail but the TotalG is flying nice (not like the velo!) With the 700MX motor this thing just pulls even at 1850
    I let Chris (chris jones2.4) have a go and the little bugger didnt want to give it back !!!! Got some nice shot of it when he uploads them.
    Oxy4+, tgy servos, hw60a, spirit fbl on 6s 🤓

            Fusion good, Gnes Ace good but Turnigy good too. I find that the only difference between the two is that the Turnigy gives straight away and tails off towards the end of the flight whilst the Gens Ace take a minuts or so to get going but give right till the end.

            Russ Deakin flew mine yesterday and really liked it, didn't like no expo though

                Fusions are great. They are holding up very well considering 90% of us are running 700 size electronics. Thats why we don't need stoopid head speeds as well as they torque of these motors help pull the heli through moves.

                Sweet pics.

                I absolutely love my Fusion and they look so friggin good

                    I also LIKEY my Fusion, It's just the best bit of kit I've owned so far. I'm no 3D man but I was hammering through the sky today. I've been practicing my hurricanes on the sim and started to work on them for real. The fusion hammering around was awesome, everybody stood still to watch!

                      I don't have a Fusion but I do have an N2 and it is definately one of the nicest heli's that I have seen

                        i am tempted to get a fusion 50 and run it of 6s to replace the 550 not sure yet tho as i can share parts between the velo n2 :P and it does look be awesome :P

                            i was thinking of doing the same thing just not sure what i would get for the 550 airframe sold the flybar head so would have to buy a dfc head for it :\ been thinking about it for a while and carnt make my mind up very tempted tho i love my velo if its anything to go by the fusion will rock

                              Yeah I decided a while back to move over from the Outrage 550 to the Fusion as it has basically the same rotorhead and should fly similar but the frame layout is much better (and it looks way better). So I moved over all the electrics and now need to put the 550 airframe on Ebay. I think I'll try it with 600mm blades first and just bumping down a tooth on the pinion, then I always have the option of putting 550mm blades on and upping the headspeed a bit. The weight should be very little difference vs the Trex 550. At our club I weighed someones Trex 550 and Xcell Furion and my Outrage 550. The Trex was about the same weight as the Outrage and the Furion is a couple hundred grams heavier, all running on 6s setups and doing very well.
