I have been looking at converting my 600 to fbl and done some searching but not found the exect answer i need!

I can buy all the parts here

Align T-Rex 600N Flybarless Head Conversion | Midland Helicopters Ltd

I assume I need the Rotor Grips, Swashplate Driver, Linakge rods and main shaft.

But do I need a new swash or feathering shaft?

It also has the main head block shown in the image, I assume I will use my current one?

If anybody could provide a parts list I would be greatful (not sure which version of the 600 i have its got the green head)

    Thanks,

    Mark

You will need the main block as well. The swash and feathering shaft will stay the same.
SWRCH , Oh.. And a Helix 700 Gasser, Hv with SK540.....with SAB HPS head.

Have you considered the 600E pro flybarless head, the swash driver is part of the head and along with the flybarless main shaft and you've got best part of 20mm less in height. Definitely rolls better and IMO looks better.

Ok, I have fallen at the first hurdle!

There are 2 types of ball links with the fbl head, bigger and smaller ones.

The linkage rod from the blade holders to the swash shows the bigger ones, which I have used but they hit on the swash?

I assume the smaller ones are spares for the links between the swash and servos?

I expect they used extended swash balls to push those rods out a bit mate giving extra clearance & a little extra throw that flybarless needs.

The very short larger ones go on the inner swash to blade grip and the longer smaller ones to the swash driver links

I have put the longer ball links on but there is still not enough clearance. Give me a sec and I will take a pic
