I would prefer a quick change tray system for the Fusion and keep the Lipo's tied up in pairs, similar to the Aligns. The only thing I can find is the KDE Direct Battery Tray System for the Outrage Fusion 50 OF50-BTS ( KDE Direct -Fusion 50 Electric Series Battery Tray System ) but it means I have to chop away at the frames? Not sure if I want to do that but at the same time... its very appealing to me. Does anyone know of any other systems for the fusion?

It's a lovely bit of kit and design if a tad expensive for what it does. The battery mount on the Fusion is a bit frustrating, especially if you put velcro on the bottom, this closes down the height you've got and makes it a PITA to get them out again. I don't use velcro on the bottom and just velcro them together and 3 Mikado XL velcro straps to tie them down, works a treatComment

you will need to bring ya heli to my workshop and we can puzzle a plate idea for your heli...designing takes a few hours and should be able to be done...just pay for the materials to be replaced so other work can be done...will show you the cost sheets when we meet..its worth it is all i can tell ya

I just looked at the mod needed Eddie and it seems not to bad. A simple case of cutting that little bit off to allow the bracket bits to fit on.
If it went for the price I would have one of these as it is excessive. Although I would not not to fly it with 6s 5000x2 as it says but it would be nice for a quick release type and if it adds stiffness its not a waste of time upgrade.

If mine goes in and cracks the frames on the bottom I'll be buying one but until I need a repair theres not much point.
