Sounds like the rudder is reversed in the radio

          Maybe both.

          Here's the test.
Move rudder stick right - tail servo should pull the control forward towards the nose of the heli. If not, reverse the rudder in the TX and re-centre it.

Lift heli up and rotate it by hand, nose to the left. Servo should pull the control rod forward, as if you'd given right ruder stick. If not, reverse the gyro direction, depending on what gyro you are using it differs but in most cases the reverse is done on the gyro, not the radio.

have done that test paul and spot on , but heli spins in circles to the left , so put gyro back in norm mode and heli hovers but rudder controls wrong way on

OK, first thing you need to do is plug the tail servo directly into the RX, bypassing the gyro, and make sure it moves the right way. Right stick = servo pulls rod forwards.
                Then do the tests again

That's odd. The rudder port on the RX is where the gyro 3 wire lead is. Make sure you get it in the right way round, or nothing will happen.

As long as it's moving the right way you can follow the instructions on the link above to complete.

Plug The servo directly in to the rx channel marked rudd. However i think the gyro direction is correct and you just need to reverse the rudder in tx
