Sounds like the rudder is reversed in the radioTrex 600 ESP (Turnigy T600, DS821, DS620, GP750, 120A) sold

Maybe both.
Here's the test.
Move rudder stick right - tail servo should pull the control forward towards the nose of the heli. If not, reverse the rudder in the TX and re-centre it.
Lift heli up and rotate it by hand, nose to the left. Servo should pull the control rod forward, as if you'd given right ruder stick. If not, reverse the gyro direction, depending on what gyro you are using it differs but in most cases the reverse is done on the gyro, not the radio.Trex 600 ESP (Turnigy T600, DS821, DS620, GP750, 120A) sold

OK, first thing you need to do is plug the tail servo directly into the RX, bypassing the gyro, and make sure it moves the right way. Right stick = servo pulls rod forwards.

That's odd. The rudder port on the RX is where the gyro 3 wire lead is. Make sure you get it in the right way round, or nothing will happen.
As long as it's moving the right way you can follow the instructions on the link above to complete.Trex 600 ESP (Turnigy T600, DS821, DS620, GP750, 120A) sold
