One order arrived yesterday, but this is mainly the smaller cells. The next order is due to ship on the 10th of April, and is shipping by air with a 3 day transit time, so cells should be available within a week of them shipping as long as there are no unseen deals in customs. This order contains all of the big cells There are another 2 orders already placed, one for the 27th of April and another on the 20th of May. After this, he says there should be orders shipping every 2-3 weeks, so there should never be much of a delay
Andy has apologised to those waiting, but unfortunately for us, demand has way outstripped supply, but he has put extra orders in to try and help the situation! Hold tight, the packs should be available pretty soon should be any day I guess as the order should have left HK on the 10th.

Optipower batteries are like rocking horse shit to get hold of. Been waiting weeks for 6S 2700's to get in stock, eventually gave up waiting and ordered Turnigy. Someone will know the exact number but it was believed that only a handful of companies actually make LiPo cells and most if not all them are in China. It could be that some event has happened and production levels have fallen. A company like Hobby King or Turnigy have huge buying power so I guess their order gets serviced first.
I have only just discovered that the Hyperion is about £5 more and based on users of these packs I think they will out perform the Opti by some margin. I wish I knew this when I was in the market for a 2600/2700 mAh pack.Been waiting weeks for 6S 2700's to get in stock, eventually gave up waiting and ordered Turnigy.

Not Opti's or Hyperions.
They are proper puffed, not like the puffed Opti pack we saw lol in another thread, some of these are like American footballs and others are so ******* they last for 3mins if I'm lucky at the last time of use and extremely hot too!!!! I usually fly 5:30 and land with minimum 20% - 40% so this will give an idea of how hard I do not fly.
But it must be the way I treat them
