    Any v2 rumours?

    I've set myself a goal for this year to get my flying to a level where I feel I'm ready for a TDR. I've always wanted one, and people say just buy it if you want but I feel I have to get to a set level before I will buy one. So I'll probably slowly build up a stock of electronics over the year ready for one and then aim to reach a level by the end of the year to get an order in. But I was wondering if there's any rumour of an updated version or new model or anything? Not that I think it needs anything changing, just asking.

    Also what's the waiting time these days?

    No rumours that I am aware of delivery dates are kind of listed here Information but you would get a better idea from asking Jan himself although as he states he is very busy so you may not get a response straight away unless you actually place the order.
    Henseleit stuff is second to none I have an old 3DMP and it is a work of art.

      I know of no updates as such, delivery times are dependent but I think I waited 4 months for mine.

          How much are they? And what makes them so great?

          Flying one in phoenix it feels completely different to pretty much all of the other helicopters.

              Ok well maybe the goal will have to be get one ordered as my Xmas pressie then

              The requirement I've set myself is getting to forward circuits upright and inverted before I'm allowed one. I'm getting to grips with turns towards myself at the minute and can hold the TT360 inverted for a couple of seconds so I'm hoping to hit the goal easily by the end of the year.

                  No doubt something will change this year, however small.

                  It does every year from what I can tell but I would buy a 2009, 2010 or a 2011 version with no concerns at all.

                    I was mainly checking that it wasn't going to radically change so I have to get in quick to buy the current one

                    It's the heli I aspire to owning, but my skills stop me at the minute as it's no fun if you're just doing extreme tail in hovering

                      It is, never buzzed so much than when I was learning the basics like flips and loops. Awesome times mate, do it with a TDR would be awesome!!!

                        lol Yeah but I'd be just too scared to do any of it with a TDR.

                        I hate to think how crap my rolls would be with a TDR, the TT360 rolls yesterday ( first time I've tried them ) were interesting to say the least lol

                              Its good to have goals and rewards with this hobby can be too easy to keep bying all the latest kit but not actually able to use it .Hope you reach your goal Pete and look forward to your TDR build blog in the summer time.
