  • Newbie from Norwich

Hi Im Nigel from near Norwich.
I have just got my first heli in the form of a Excell 200 from Pegasus Models in Norwich.

Now got to learn how to fly the thing, Ive had a good look through the forum & seems lots of people willing to give advice so I'm sure i will be posting questions in the future.

Hi Nigel, Good luck with it i think you made the right choice, I must of spent hundreds of pounds on co-axial micro helis before i got my blade msr(which looks pretty much identical to the excel 200) and it is brilliant. It's really fast and nimble when you get the hang of it and hovers really well. I would say get used to hovering it well before you get too excited and start flying fast as you need to be able to get back to a hover when things start going pear shaped! And If you get another model get yourself a spektrum 2.4g transmitter and bind and fly models, or like me you'll have about 6/7 transmitters which are good for nothing! Good Luck!
