I am researching connecting the trainer port of Spektrum transmitters to OpenLRS TX modules.
The easiest way to control the OpenLRS is using the trainer port and this also has the advantage that the 2.4 Ghz output is switched off when the trainer port is being used.
I have read posts suggesting that on some transmitters the output levels are below the required level - for a DX8 it is supposed to be 3.1V as opposed to 3.3V. I would like to know what the output levels are for DX7 and DX6i and thought that the SimStick guys probably have the most experience in this area.
So if someone could let me know how the output levels vary between different TXs I would be most grateful.
