Hi A nice day today for the flying some top flying from Pete and Jason , rob ,and even mat flew ,omg that's never been seen before!
The weather this year is fab , warn and not very windy , what wind there is is from the south so blowing away from the crowd line.
Test flew my logo which after only 20 seconds nukes the brand-new scorpion motor !?.. No idea why it just burnt out a winding. Nice auto from a backward flip though so not much damage, just the motor and my underwear !
Seems like a nice comp this year a very friendly mix of pilots today and nice to see some obvious beignets braving a competition flight line and as usual help freely given from the top pilots.
Late now so I will try to add more tomorrow , actually today now , lol

Hi all , flat calm at the champs , I am sitting in the mobile mansion next to the lake and the ducks are bobbing around, it's like a mill pond, so it should be a fab flying day.
I have just seen matt gill arrive looking cool as usual,lol
The trade stands are setting up , skyline &fast lad are hear and the others are setting up now.
The burger van is cooking bacon and it smells so good!
Cars are turning up thick and fast now ,andy from optifuel just drove by so it's all good here.
There is going to be a twist to the comp format this year, I am not sure what, maybe a bit like zone? Who knows we just have to wait and see!
My advice is get here if you can it's going to be a fab weekend !
I will try to update things and maybe add some pic,s if I can.

Shame i can't make it, I'm sure it will be great, so i'll have to sit here in the sun at my flying field and wait till the photos and videos get uploaded.

hi.anyone know what time today's events start? i live less than 8 mile away
but have never been to one of these events before so any info prices etc would be much appreciated.wont be flying just spectating.

Well worth going, only £3 entrance, something happening all day, competitors or demo flights. Night flying to fireworks Saturday night.
Take a chair and just sit, be amazed and enjoy it.
Only a few trade stands but all heli.
Food stalls.

Just seen dun cans flight to music , just jaw dropping ! Unbelievable , as are most of the rest lots of logo sheep too baaaaaaaaaa!
Talking of logo sheep laurance the slightly pink ginger ninja is doing rather well.
Fab weather , just get down here if you can it's only 3 pounds on the gate to get in.
