Fury 55- Rattling Tail Pushrod/Guides - HeliFreak
Got a rattling pushrod, even with new guides? Fit the JR Vibe ones
Hardest job was getting the old MA ones off, as you have to strip down the boom to slide them off. The JR ones go one around the boom so can be fitted in situ.
The original MA guide
Strip down one end of the tail boom, slide the guides off, remove the ball link at one end of the pushrod
Open the JR packet
Slide the little 'dumb bells' onto the tail pushrod
Reassemble the tail
Fit the supports round the boom, gripping the pushrods, adjust until straight and level and nice smooth pushrod movement, then nip them up. I put all four guides on the Furys boom.
