Hi Matt good to meet you at the flyin. That's not right, I've not got a velo but if I get what you mean, you defo should not be able to push the grips and spindel in and out of the head block once all together mate. you may get like 1mm or 2 of movement on all the heli's I've seen.

Erm no that's not correct do you have the spacer in behind the inside bearing in the blade grip ? And you have the cooper spacer between the head and the blade grip ??

ermm im gonna have to check with the ones inbetween the bearings in the grips ... i had them a part tonight but i cannot remeber if there was one or not ... i have just found some with a 1mm width and a 14mm diameter does this sound about right to go in the grips ??

Looking at the manual mate should be 14.8mm x 1mm against the dampers and 19mm x 1mm before the thrust bearings. you should also have a 16mm x 2mm with the m6 bolt in the ends of the spindle.

You have a 1mm washer in font of the thrust bearing assy and a 2mm washer behind it against the spindle bolt there is also a cooper shaped washer between the blade grip and the head damper
