3.0 update not working

    3.0 update not working

    I updated to version 3 today as directed by the software but it still loads as 2.5.

    I actually downloaded update 2.5w just before being prompted to download version 3.0 and I note that the update is from 2.5v (not w) to version 3. has anyone else experienced this?

    If not then I guess I'll need to re-install.

    Have you tried the "Any version to 3.0m" update on the download site ?

      Thanks for the advice but now sorted. The original installation was placed in a non standard location and the update installer does not check this so defaulted to the usual installation location. As it doesn't appear to check for the 2.5 installation in this location it just installed the update separately.

      Reinstalled the update and selected the correct location of the original software and all now working perfectly.
