  • V-Bar 4.0 Help

Okay - I'm installing this as some are aware into the Outrage.

I have all my centers spot on travels fine 100% either way on the cyclic this is.

The TX is calibrated and the results on the screen match the stick inputs from my tx. But the swash isn't matching.

Pitch up = Swash down (Negative)
Aileron Right = Swash tilts left.

    Elevator is fine

Now I tried the reverse collective and then channel reverse but nothing makes a difference almost as if its not saving the new setting correctly - any tips....
    Cheers

Stuart, you know the servo reverse tickboxes?

I needed to totally reverse the way that these were set, then save it before moving on. HTH...

when you say save it as there is no 'Save' button as such but you can save the config is this what you mean ? - saving the config then re-load it to see the actual change ?

Stu, save button up on the top left...

Edit - the configs are the preset start points to work from, there's a wee bit of fiddling to do now lol...

If my memory serves me correctly too, there's a button to update the config on-board too once it's all plugged in. It's a few months since I did mine although an upcoming 'frame-split' on my Logo 500 to adjust the idler pulleys will see me re-do my v-bar setup soon.

On there now - i was following vids but the manual gives a different channel assignment for the 14mz rx and its still not working correctly. Infact now worse, but more importantly the channel reverse has no effect what so ever.

              Maybe I need to re-install....

                I just read your post.
you would not think to check the sensor.
Glad to see you got it working.
I have quite a bit of experiance tweeking them, but i have only ever fitted them to mikados, as you have probably seen there nice and simple because you get a preset in the software you can install with out much effort or brain input lol.
Keep us posted on how you get on.
