  • Aligning Flybar Paddles

    Hi,

Im just rebuilding my Zoom 400 head with a full CNC setup.

What does everyone use to align their Flybar paddles? Is there a tool available or is it just trial and error adjustment by hand?

    Rgds,

    Jase.

I just get the swashplate absolutely level mate then align each paddle with that. A bit of fine tweaking here and there & job done.
    Cheers,

I use a set of paddle alignment jigs.

Mine only cost a few quid but sets the paddles exactly parallel to each other which is what you want.

      Cheers
