Have never sold any computer software CD`s so don`t know about the legal side. I am thinking of selling my reflex and using money to buy Pheonix. Do i have to tell reflex when i have sold it and un-install from both computers that it`s on? I remember registering my copy, so should i un-register so that the buyer can register it in their name if they want to? What would happen if i just sold CD and kept it on my computer? Do i have to sell the cable and USB adaptor with it?

If you sell Reflex you have to sell it with the USB dongle or its useless to anybody else.
It would not matter if you left the program on your PC as you would no longer be able to use it without the dongle.
