  • matty's f16 maidon flight

i took the fl6 out for the first time yesterday. it was my first proper go at flying a fixed wing aircraft and i was abit nervous with it as you'll probably tell by my flying and i didnt have alot of space at the field where i went + there was a few kids there trying to put me off.

dont foget to rate and comment my vid taking into account it was my first fixed wing flight and maidon flight of the aircraft.

    cheers

Could've almost believed that was a real F16, well flown m8.

yeah i do - i always liked planes and probably like them as much as helis.
this is the same f16 that i had forsale on here and ebay but no1 wanted it so i just went for it and took it out. i didnt want to fly it at first because i thought i would smash it up in seconds.

                Well done Matty

Very impressive for a first - the F16 is definitely not a trainer, it's pretty quick! I remember my first flight some 25+ years ago - it lasted about 3 seconds and had to repair it!! Second flight not much better, maybe 15 seconds before pranging it. Then joined a club and got taught how to do it properly!
                Now I keep pranging helis

                  Nice one Matty

With those if you can get past the launch you've got half a chance.

Also if you can hover a heli, keeping any plank in the air is second nature assuming you have the CoG right

Currently redeveloping my Stryker from around 600w to nearer 1500w so I'm hoping for around 130mph on the right packs

im using a futaba pcm 6ch rx i got from Made2Fade and my old ff7 i already had.

it works out very cheap and even cheaper if you already got the lipo's, tx and rx.
i did buy the lipo's for my belt cp but im using them in both. i flown the plane for about 4 - 5 mins and the lipo's were hardly warm and hadnt used much power at all

                        matty
                        cheers
