someone please help me set this vbar gov up before I throw my heli out the window!

im following the videos on setup but things arent working out.

im using a yge 160 and full size vbar and this is what i have done so far.

- throttle curve linear 0-100
- I have enabled the electric govenor.
- preset channel from receiver = ch1/esc/throttle, output socket = collective/esc
- unplugged the esc lead from collective/esc
- I plugged the programme cable of the yge into program card and the jumper lead from the program card goes into collective/esc
- go to gov 2 tab and hit collective control - set my endpoints off my esc with the card and disconnected.
- I then unplugged the programme lead and added the sensor adapter which came with it and plugged that in to the sensor 2 port, I then plugged the esc back into into collective/esc
- now I power everything up to set the vbar endpoints, hit collective control and I move the throttle stick and the motor spins but adjusting the slider till the motor spins isnt working at all?

Im doing something wrong but dont know what?
