Just by way of update, I did get some of these and they a really nice.

In actual fact the difference between them and the original ones I had is the size / flexibility of the banana plug element. This means that it now fits all my EC5 female connectors (slightly smaller or normal) with a nice easy push fit. Ok so if the pack fell off the heli it would no longer be able to hang there but it's certainly nice to be able to connect and disconnect with ease. The great part is I only had to resolder my connectors on the ESC rather than redoing every pack.

Just put ebay connectors as suggested on all my stuff. Its a million times better.

Those quantum ones are crap, never again. Went straight in the bin.

Still prefer the idea of banana plug males (Even the ebay ones are not) but not paying £4.99 per pair when i Just got 10 for £12!

Thanks guys, much happier thumbs now - just have to find a time to fly!

True £4.99 isn't cheep but on the other hand I only have two models I use EC5s on so as the males work with all my existing females £4.99 does me for the whole lot. Also I did mention it to the company I bought the originals from and they went and checked and were hugely apologetic as they had clearly been supplied a wrong batch so I have a few complimentary sets on there way to me from there to.

Glad it all worked out for you.
