looks like that the new radio will be with us in april, not sure if the price is worth it. going by the pre-order price of £669.95 when the 8 channel is £320 cheaper

even in japan the price works out at £365 and when you think about it the exchange rate is not as good as it was a couple of years.

i think if jr want to get people to change to dmss the the price should come down a bit

In the US Horizon offered a service where current 2.4 sets could be upgraded to DMSS, there's a note on Mcgregors site that says they are awaiting information from JR Japan regarding the up upgrading of current sets, it's been like that for over 12 months now

I think your wrong buddy, Horizon Hobby only offer an up grade to DMSX and not DMSS
horozon hobby is not handling JR DMSS radio's no, one knows what is going on in North Nmerica with JR at the moment

DMSS has not been approved for use in USA
in AUS the xg11 cost $799
