    Default DSX9 Throttle stick

Has anyone had the throw on the throttle stick adjusted by Macregors recently? I just wondered if they now used the correct wedges.

Try this in your pitch curve
    0.0 7.0 28.5 50 71.5 93.0 100

It gets rid of the dead feel at centre stick
Just give it a try I wanted mine done before I figure this out now its perfect,
You can play around with the second and second from last numbers to make it feel how you like it, less more sensitive more less sensitive and let the tx work out 3rd and 5th numbers

I just bought a DSX9 but didnt like the long throttle throw, so i tried the spacers out of my DX7 ,suprised to find that they fit in exactly the same way in the DSX9 .
Then went into service menu to recalibrate the stick throws.
It may be easier to get replacements from horizon hobby rather than mcgregors.

Can you elaborate on how you did that? I fancy a dsx9 or dsx11 but the long throws really put me off

If you have a DX7 take the back off ,look at the top & bottom of the throttle gimbal you will see one screw holding a spacer at the top & another at the bottom ,if you compare this to the other gimbal you will see the empty screw hole & no spacer ,this is so you can change the sticks to another mode.mark the spacers so you know which way they fit ,take out the 2 screws & spacers & refit into a DSX9 .i havent got a dsx11 so dont know if this is the same.
